Consulting Limits
Salute Alimentare provides nutritional guidance for wellness optimization. Our services do not constitute medical diagnosis, nor do they replace the specialized care of a primary physician or clinical specialist.
Client Accuracy
The efficacy of any protocol depends on the accuracy of the biometric data and health history provided by the client during the intake assessment. Misrepresentation of medical status exempts the consultant from liability.
Global Reach
While we operate under Italian health standards from our Roma studio, online consultations must comply with the local regulations of the client's residence.
Nutritional science is an iterative dialogue, not a static prescription. Clarity in our agreement ensures the success of your protocol.
Administrative Rigor
Payment and Fees
Consultation fees are due at the time of booking. All transactions are processed through secure gateways. Prices are inclusive of Italian VAT where applicable. Salute Alimentare reserves the right to modify service fees with 30 days' notice for subscription-based paths.
Cancellation Policy
We respect your time and ours. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Fees for sessions missed without 24-hour notice are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future sessions.
Intellectual Property
All personalized protocol roadmaps, dietary guides, and educational materials provided during the consultation are the intellectual property of Salute Alimentare. These are for individual use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or published without express written consent.
Remote Service Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for video consultations. Technical failures on the client side do not qualify for automatic refunds. We recommend a private, quiet space to ensure clinical focus.
